Larnaca District Development Agency certainly has the necessary capacity and experience to achieve the desired results, proven as follows to:
1. All communities in the wider Larnaca district.
2. High schools and lyceums to involve youth in the workshops.
3. Youth organizations in the area.
4. Local authorities for supporting the program, to achieve its sustainability.
5. Local media to publicize the program.
6. Turkish Cypriot respective bodies, in order to easily secure the replication of the program.

The Center for Study of Childhood and Adolescence will provide all the expertise needed for the scientific part of the project to ensure its objective evaluation.

Future strategy:
The Project “Diversity Ambassadors” has a duration of a year (2006-2007) for the district of Larnaca. If the project proves to be successful in the first year of its operation, then it can be replicated in the Nicosia district for the second year (2007-2008), as well as among the Turkish Cypriot community.
